I have a 90gal tank with 2 adult discus (paired off) and several smaller 2" discus swimming with small community fish. Nothing aggressive. One morning I noticed a laceration in the head of one of the adults (forehead). This is an established tank, so I wasn't thinking disease, rather a cut from a sharp rock edge ornament in the tank. I didn't realize these guys can get rough at times. I've been monitoring the wound for several days now, and the wound seems to be healing, but I'm not really sure. I'm not seeing any crazed behaviors leading me to think disease, but I just don't know. Looking for help. Friends of mine feel the wound has spread wider. Wound color is peach/pinkish. The discus is a blue/maroon leopard.
