I have a 120gal rr tank that I would like to use for freshwater. It has an overflow return in each rear corner, drain and return holes drilled in each corner floor. Any ideas how to use this tank for freshwater use with the overflow system in it?

Internal overflows are great!

Makes everything neat to put everything in the sump.

Here's a picture of a basic setup. You can use like a 20 gallon tank as a sump. The picture is actually a saltwater setup and I modified it from someone on this board.

Just stuff bioballs, cotton, rocks in the 20 gallon and that's your filter. No need to buy any additional filter.
