can I keep tetras

Can I keep emporer and congo tetras with my betta it hasn't nipped any other fishes fins. Except my white tipped tetras they were nipping his. My bettas blue would I have to make sure not to have any other blue fish?

The congo tetras might be a bit too large and swift for the betta, they do like to bully themselves around a tank. Congo tetras are silver with a purple sheen. Emporers are a quiet tetra. Both are large sized schooling fish, so take your tank size into consideration before purchase.

it's 40 g with 5 neons 1 betta two white tipped tetras nippers at bay 3catfish 4 zebras and one yoyo loach

ive got congo tetras in my 30 gallon one is full grown and quite large, they sit around alot but when they chase each other they do it pretty fast and witout much concern for other fish in teh way, but they have also never nipped my angels fins which are very long on my altum

how much do congo cost and how many would I need in my tank to make them happy. Also how big do they get

1 male betta
3 Corys
a "school" of black neon tetras
