Brine Shrimp Cultivation Unit

I want to grow brine shrimps but I don't have an extra heated tank. One day, I saw a hatchery here:

Has anyone made a DIY version of this?

Any one tryed this would like to also grow brine and blood worms ANy one got any experiance! soul Fish!!!!
