Ok ill explain the drawing a little.
The flow would be around 200 gph, for a 40 gal breeder tank.
So if my flow to my refugium is slower than my skimmer is there a reason i would need 1/4 of the tank sectioned off for it like people normally do?
I was thinking I would make the water flow into the same section as the skimmer and it would be able ok since the skimmer is at 250 gph. Then the bubble trap and then use the rest of the space for the return pump. I dont see a reason to have a nother sectioned off area for a submersible pump and isntead use and external one.
Would this work?
