Hi. I was wondering if anybody knows of any good ways to control algae in a brackish tank. My algae is getting to be a hassle. Are there any algae eating snails, fish, etc for brackish systems? If not, is there a safe chemical?
My tank is a 75 gallon with salinity at 1.012. My tank inhabitants are: 1 green spotted puffer, 1 figure 8 puffer, 1 dragon goby, 2 knight gobies, 3 mollies, 2 golden wonder killifish, 2 red claw crabs, and 4 fiddler crabs. So nothing that would be risky to anybody's health. The puffers are peaceful with other fish and the crabs, but the GSP does love crawdads.
Any ideas of what I could use? Thanks!
