A little crab...?

Hey My betta just died this morning after having him for two years...
Sad I know.
But I was thinking about a replacement for him.

I have 6 danios and two beautiful java ferns in a 10 gallon

So I was thinking about adding a red clawed crab

I know they need some land so I was going to Add a piece of drift wood for them to breath air and such.

But will they jack up my plants?

I thought my danios would be fine because they are fast and always moving and are mid tank level a lot. Idk

So do you think Its compatible?

Nice link there. Was helpful. I was looking at critters for my 10 gallon planted and will cross crab off my list.

A few years ago I had Crabs in my angel tank. They would get hold of my fish once in awhile. Only way I could stop it was to remove the big claw, it would grow back so I would remove it again. Figured that was better then just killing it, needless to say i'll never have crabs in a tank again.
