FWIW-I use the batch process in DPP to make EXIF TIFF's of the photo's I like (I chose the EXIF just to keep all the shooting info) and save all my edits as TIFF's as well. This can be a pain if your running lean on hard drive space as TIFF's can get kinda big. For the ones I want to post on the web, I use the batch process again, and save them as JPEG, with the quality around 6 and resize them to 800x533 px. This typically gives me a file size from 70k to 150k, but still retain OK photo quality for web posting. After seeing yours though, I guess I should try to up the quality a tad lol.
