sea clear vs clear for life

Hi Everyone, I am in the market for a new tank and need some advice! I am seeing a lot of ads for Sea Clear and also Clear for Life acrylic tanks for sale. What's the deal with these tanks? What's going on with the top of the tanks, it doesn't come off? All the reviews I've seen dont give much...
