    Gold gourami has a bulge in his tail

    My gourami has a weird bulge in his tail, you can see the actual say like object through his scales. He's been laying on the bottom of the tank and I'm pretty sure this is why... this was my first ever gourami and I don't want to see him go. Anyone have experience with this??
