Hi I have 4 goldfish one is a fatal and one is a comment the other two are common goldfish OK here's my question all four keep drinking out of the top but I can't find anything wrong with the water

Hi my common goldfish are drinking out of the top but I'm on rain water and I have a good filter that produces lots of bubbles please help!
