If you have had trouble with a particular order, please email me and I’ll look into it. AquariumGuys is not a scam…we are a company; we do respond to customer inquiries and we will certainly refund a mistaken or problematic order that complies with our return policy. As with any online company that’s been around for a while, there are cases where people may have had difficulty getting in touch with us, generally due to spam filters removing our email updates. This is the exception and not the rule. The vast majority of our customers are satisfied. We are of course working to expand this majority every day, but part of the reason we’re on forums like these is to provide community support so that hobbyists can contact us directly if any complications should occur.
