These stamps will never be collectible (at least in the sense that they will be assigned a Scott number or similar way to ID a stamp). Collectors like myself see these as just another version of the labels used by the post office; the use of these types of postage limit the use of commemorative postage stamps, therefore decreasing what is available to the collector.
