bloodshrimp

Description: Compatibility: Reef Safe
Maximum Size: 3-4 inches
Minimum Tank Size: 10 gallon
Temperature: 78-82F
Diet: Accepts all types of food
Level of care: Easy
General Notes: The Blood shrimp, like the Cleaner shrimp, will periodically clean parasites off of the other fish in the tank. However unlike the Cleaner shrimp the Blood shrimp will spend most of the day light hours under cover. The colors of the Blood shrimp are composed of a deep blood red body with white legs and white spots on its back.

Pros: Array
Cons: Array

Mine is out about 50 % of the time that the lights are on. A very beautiful shrimp. Loves flake food, frozen brine shrimp, and frozen raw shrimp, in the tank with reef lobster, seahorses, clownfish (nemo), hermit crabs, various mollies (converted to saltwater) one eyed very docile lunner wasser(only eats bristle worms and flake food) and roal gammma and a mandrian fish.
