Level of care: A more difficult species from Lake Tanganyika that requires attention to its special needs
General Notes: Enantiopus species are found inhabiting the sand floor of Lake Tanganyika. Males form sand turret nests in large breeding arenas. When the females (which normally stay is large schools numbering over a hundred individuals) come into breeding condition, they will visit the nests of several males before returning to the school for safety.
