Description: Name: Fuzz Algae
Other Names: None
Symptoms: Green patches, grows in highly lighted areas, soft and easily rubbed off. Loves iron-rich water. Half an inch (1 cm) long usually found on plants.

Causes:
1. Poor circulation
2. Poor water quality
3. Overfeeding


Treatments:
1. Add fast-growing plants such as wisteria, hornwort or hygrophila
2. Weekly scrub tank clean
3. Purchase algae eaters to make quick cleanup crew
