Compatibility: These Loaches are known to become aggressive and territorial when in a small or over crowded tank. Blue Botias enjoy the company of their own species but generally become aggressive with other types of Loaches. Care should be taken when you introduce this loach to a community setting. This would make a good loach for a simi agressive cichlid tank.

Temperature: 77-86F
Diet: Bloodworms, Tubiflex Worms, Brine Shrimp, Krill, Sinking Pellets/Wafers. Though it also make a meal of any crustaceans or snails you have in the tank.
Level of care: Easy
General Notes: These loaches tend to be shy until comfortable with their surroundings. Plenty of hiding places is a must.
