supersize

Description: Lighting: High
Placement: Top
Difficulty: Moderate
Water Flow: Medium to Strong
Temperament: Semi-aggressive
Endemic Area: Indo-Pacific
Other Info: Color includes various shades of brown with white or gold polyps. It is similar in appearance to mushrooms or Toadstool Leathers. A folded appearance develops with age. Their semi-aggressive temperament is due to some species’ ability to produce toxins. They can be cut and attached to live rock or substrate for propagation. Hosted zooxanthellae provide the nutritional needs and may be fed brine shrimp, microplankton, or filter-feeding foods.
