Pros:
Cons:

Fast growing multi-hued stem plant that looks fantastic in darker tank backgrounds. Buyers should beware though that this plant is illegal for sale in some states due to the classification of it as a "Obnoxious" weed. Do not plant Sunset in your tank if your the type of aquarist who does not like to do mainteance as this plant requires pruning regularly in my tanks, which have no injected CO2 and are lightly fertilized weekly with a liquid and have plant tabs at specific points.

The Sunsets veins are very visible, especially in new growth, in a 29G tank the bunches are quite capable of reaching the top of the water column (about 16 inches) in a matter of less than a month.

Pruning can give you new bunches that can be than replanted after removal of the two bottom most leaves and lightly pushed into the substrate.

Sunset bunches make nice areas for fish that are stressed due to mating or other fish rituals to take a break at. The pink colorings of new leaves provide a nice contrast to darker substrates.
