Pros:

peaceful, easy to care for
Cons:
bad eye sight, can escape an open tank
African dwarf frogs are great for small aquariums that need a small bottom feeder. They are fun to watch and dont\' bother with other fish. Some people might tell you that they don\'t need to be fed anything special but they dont really have a good eye sight so they need to be fed if you want them to be nice and healthy or else they can\'t find their own food and eventually die of starvation. If your looking for something different in your tank and a snail just wont cut it then this is the best choice

Pros:
fun to have, lazy, relaxed
Cons:
lazy, can get out of tank

This frog goes very well with most fish, keeps mostly to itself, and is fun to watch. It will get into strange positions, and just sleep. Bad thing is, it can hop out of the tank, which can lead to its demise.

Pros:

Very fun to have and are fun to watch.

Cons:

Have to cover all open spots of a tank to protect the frog from jumping out.

The only thing you really need to do for this frog is get the right kind of food to feed it. Yes it might eat the flake foods you put in for you fish to eat but that is unlikely to happen. I would recommend buying bloodworms for the frog. I find it easiest to feed the frog with tweezers. Feed it around 4-5 bloodworms a day when new and skinny from the LFS. When it gets fat and big, feed the frog every other day with 4-5 bloodworms. Besides the feeding, this is an excellent frog to have in a tank.

Pros:

Fun to watch, Adds variety to any tank
Cons:
Poor eyesight, Annoying "croaking" noises
I currently have 2 ADFs. They do better in smaller tanks because its easier for them to find food. Also they make a faint "croaking" noise which can be quite annoying in the middle of the night
