Default Nano-Cichlid Tank

Being an employee here at That Fish Place, there's a never-ending temptation to add a new tank, or a new lizard, or a new bird..or whatever to your pet collection. Now, my aquarium/fish side right now is limited to a bunch of freshwater angels, tetras, corys, and a pond full of seemingly ancient koi..but I've had my eye on cichlids for awhile. Which made this post all that more enlightening to me..

Our on-staff cichlid expert Jose Mendes wrote a post in our blog about keeping cichlids in small tanks. Now, though I always have dreams about adding another big tank to my house (I also have a big tank with a bearded dragon named Stubbs in it), I thought it was cool that you could keep cichlids on a small scale. He also talks about breeding them, which is always fun.

Take a look and comment: That Fish Blog: Keeping and Breeding African Cichlids in Small Aquariums

Until next time..

Interesting, that would make for a nice desktop tank for an office/cubicle.
