| my other 55G planted tank Setup since 6/10/2002
Volume: 55G
Lighting: 2x37w + 3x36w + 1x40w (Osram Fluora + Rainbow Lifeguard Bio-Lume)
Filtration: Ehiem Pro II
Substrate: Lonestar gravel mixed with Laterite, JBL base fertilizer
Water Parameters: pH 6.8, Temperature 26-28 C
Fishes: Yamato, Cardinal tetra, Rummynose tetra, Neon tetra, Hockey Stick tetra, Black Neon tetra, SAE, Otto, Panda cory, Albino cory
Plants: Green Tiger lotus, Red Flame, Crinum calamistratum, Eleocharis parvulus, Microsorium pteropus (Normal and narrow leaf), Windelov, Rotala wallichii, glossostigma, cryptocoryne wendtii, x-mas moss
Fertilizer: JBL liquid fertilizer, JBL plant food

| Wow, yet another one of your tanks that has shocked me. I love it. It looks just like a jungle, so dense and the bright green colors just look great. Nice tank, btw are those all java ferns on the left side? Looks like it to me.

| thanks guys for your encouragement and compliments! Catfishmike, no i didnt sell my soul  ,
there were alot of times when things went disaster so i just learnt more and more about fish keeping/plants over time. i dont consider myself an expert by any means.
I love the planted community tanks look so I dont think I'm gonna go for chilids or saltwater tanks any time soon. I'm still not happy with my 2 tanks though.

I'm totally jealous and and going out to buy lotsa plants.......
I mst say it's also way more than 9.25 out of 10.....more like 150,000 out of 10.
That dont add up I know but what the heck....that tanks a beaut!
