| Thanks for the nice comments.
The stand came with the tank, I bought the canopy and stained and polyurethaned to match.
The 2 plants in the front are Lilaeopsis- (Lilaeopsis novaezelandiae) or Microswords
Tank has been running for about 2-1/2 weeks

| NICE!!, great tank. Just wanted to say though, the power glow bulb is not 18,000K, it is 6700K. An Aqua Glow bulb is 18,000K. I know you have the Power glow 6700K because if it was the aqua glow, the tank would look a lot bluer.

| you sure? I have an aqua-glo package right in front of me, and it states that both the aqua-glo and power-glos are 18,000K. And I thought the power-glo gave off a blueish tinge since it was meant for marine tanks. I use an aqua-glo in my 20 and it doesn't make the tank bluish, just brightens the colours of the fish.
Tank is looking good, just needs time to grow in |
