| Im thinking next summer I will take a shot at keeping live plants from the lake. Maybe set up a seperate tank with just the plants, to get the hang of it. |

| I actually started out with about a dozen snails but I think the turtles ate them all within a week or two.

| Great Tank --- The Yellow Perch are my favorite. Had a LM Bass once... I killed all it's tankmates. If I was going to do a native tank, I would do a school of perch Keep up the good work !!!!!!!

| You killed all of its tank mates? thats terrible! ![]() rofl. Perch school in large groups? i didnt know that. And yes my LM Bass also ate all of its tank mates :P
