| Midmichman80's 29g This tank has got quite the history with it. The tank was set up close to 10 years ago. I don't remember it's original inhabitants, as all have passed since I first started the tank. This tank has gone through a marriage and a divorce with me. The most stable thing in my life for 7 years, more so than the marriage anyways. I have fake plants in it to give the tank permanent hieght. I too have bulbs in the tank that grow with the nitrate level, but the fish also like to eat on it as it grows, so it never really gets too big. Slate is one of my favorite tanks decors, it looks natural in the tank and gives fish a great place to hide when built into a cave. Any questions about the tank, its inhabitants, or its 10 year history, please ask.
Pictures of inhabitants and tank included.

| Boy the blue gravel takes me back! Nice set up though. I still can't believe those bulbs grow... I have always been tempted to try them

| Thanks, those bulbs are real slow growers, and if nitrate is kept at a decent level for the fish, the plant doesn't grow but at a snails pace. One bulb is really pushing the roots right now, but only has an inch or so of green growth, not sure if the fish are eating it as it grows or if it is just staying that small, lol. I am looking to get some already started ferns, as the bulbs do take too long to grow.
