OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE YOUR SHRIMP!!! can you please name me all your shrimp? did you get them at you LFS or did you order them online..do you know of any good online places they sell them? how big is your tank? can you show a pic of the whole set up...i would LOVE to see it! thanks

ohh one more question...how do you keep your snail's shells from not being fragile and breaking off..when i had snails in the past this was a common problem and they could NEVER reach a certain size..

I'm guessing all those shrimp are the ones available on the Planet Inverts page, I was checking it out after Johnny posted on the blog about it. I would get some, but I don't have hundreds of dollars to spend on shrimp that, with my luck, would die in a week anyways lol

I had a look around your site when the links was put up here. First thing I went to was the gallery, I was pretty impressed then. Now I'm even more impressed that you didn't use a tripod to take these. I need to get one of those myself. My Canon S3IS isn't a bad little camera but would be so much better with a good stand.

The shrimp move around a lot, so a tripod is virtually useless. You have to just rest the camera on a sturdy structure, or hold it with your hand, having your arm propped on something. It takes time to learn about macro photography techniques. Its just practice basically....

Maybe a monopod would be ideal for you.
