| Which Shrimp? I was planning on getting (if I can find them) some Cherry Shrimp for my 20g to clean up after the Zebras. The sticky was great for some info on them!
But if Big Al's happens to not carry them, what other kinds of Shrimp would be suitable for my 20? I wasn't sure if other kinds of shrimp would bother the Zebs either... They used to be kept with Cherry Shrimp, but I wasn't sure if any other types might harm them.
Thanks

| You could also get Amano shrimp, they would work well. Ghost shrimp can be tricky, as they're a mix of different species, and sometimes you end up with 4" fish-eating monster shrimp.
I know it's still a few years off, but there have been reports of shrimp eating fish eggs, so you will probably want to remove the shrimp when the plecs start to mature. |

| Thanks Lotus
I was straying away from Ghosts because I've heard of them getting big, thanks for confirming. ^^ So I'll be on the lookout for Cherry or Amano shrimp, sounds good!
And luckily (or maybe not ), my little guys have a long way to go before maturity. I'm more worried about them eating then breeding at this point!

| I think you'd have problems with the shrimp getting eaten by your columbian/sun catfish. |
