|  Bye Rigel - the Big Blue Betta Rigel is on his trip to Mr. Freezer. He was my first betta, the first one that was 'mine' anyway, and the first one I ever picked up. He was the first betta I tried to breed, with no success, but he taught me a lot of valuable lessons that made the 2nd breeding a lot easier. He was a beautiful mettalic blue male betta with a solid black head. When I got him he was at least one year old, maybe almost two. He got some sort of growth under his gill and his spine got bent. I treated him for two weeks before I decided to help him pass away. Before I put him down, he visited all the other bettas in a tribute, even managed to flare a couple times. Good bye buddy. You will always be remembered!
