Default peace, fry

i used to have about 10 fry, and i cleaned their tank today and found only 3 . well, there goes my plan on selling them... i have an aunt who said she would take them once they get bigger... well, this sucks. does anyone know how often koi spawn in a season? what's weird is they just "dissapeared"- they are too small to leave bodies. oh well.

no filter, just an airstone.
i feed them liquifry for egglayers
the water was warm
the tank was covered
i don't know why they died. maybe a disease? i cleaned the tank ,so any disease should be gone. yeah i heard of the infamous "filter living" some fry do, but thats easily ruled out- no filter.

Any snails in the tank? My big apple snail eats all of the fish in my tank when they die immediately. So I can never tell how my fish died, just that they're gone.

can't jump out, the water level is >4 inches away from the top. your prolly right, they most likely ate each other for some reason. that's the only thing i can think of too.
