|  RIP Checkers. My dog died early yesterday morning. I have had him since i was 9. He was a black lab mix. He had just gotten cancer in his front leg and we had it removed. Things were going great till recently, and it seemed like cancer just ate him alive. He couldn't even move the other night and i could tell he was suffering. I'm glad its over and he can finally have no pain. Checkers my baby forever  |

| I feel your pain on that one. I had to put down my better halfs dog a few years ago. Their's was a black lab mix too and was ~14 years old. sorry to hear, but happy that "its over and he can finally have no pain"

| Man CM that sucks. I have a dog that is alittle over a year old and I know how it would hurt if I lost him. But as you said. The suffering is over now. I hate cancer. Kills everything you love it seems. Take care man Lev

| How sad! I also lost my dog of 14 years last year. I feel your pain but he is in a better place now
