Talking marine salt is good for a saltwater acuarium?

people in the forum: maybe you can help me much more than I thought, I want to know if the commercial marine salt is good for begin a saltwater acuarium; or there are not some trace compounds that must be required?

Do you mean marine salt like in a supermarket for food? If so, then no. If you mean the products sold for aquariums... then yes.

i mean the marine salt that is in esotheric and naturist stores, is it the same??

I believe he's asking about the salt at health food stores/whole foods/natural stores.

so, is it better to buy the water being fixed before with the saltwater acuarium compounds IF IT IS POSSIBLE??

I believe most of us buy salt mix from the pet store/fish store/aquarium store. It is especially made for aquariums, and contains the correct mix of trace elements.

Some marine research centers here do provide treated seawater that's available, and some fish stores also sell treated seawater. I have no idea what is available to you in Colombia. If you're near the ocean, it's possible you could collect your own, if it's not too polluted.
