Question which fish to get?

i have a 12 nano-cube tank with 18lbs. of live sand, 13 lbs. of live rock, one blue damsel, 5 hermit crabs, and 2 snails, and i was wondering which ones of these fish would do best in this tank, and if any of them would be aggressive towards another? plz help!!!
Yellowhead-Pearly-Jawfish (Opistognathus aurifons)
Engineer Goby (Pholidichthys leucotaenia)
Firefish Goby (Nemateleotris magnifica)
Firefish Goby-Purple (Nemateleotris decora)
Red Head Goby
Watchman-Yellow Goby (Cryptocentrus sp.)
Banded Pipefish (Doryrhamphus dactyliophorus)
please can you tell me about each one, i am not sure which one i want to put in, and can you tell me if any of them have special feeding instructions? and if you know, what is the easiest thing to feed each one.

You might already find the damsel thinks the whole tank is it's territory, however a goby might be accepted so most of your choices are reasonable.
I'd maybe go for a Firefish. I'd give the watchman goby and the pipefish a miss as they're both problem feeders.

are any of these problem feeders, or are they easy to feed?

All the fish you named off should be okay in the tank with the exception of the pipefish. It eally needs a species tank. All the gobies are hardy eaters. I would try Mysis first then wean them onto a formula.
