    Default Computer speakers came

Yay! My logitech z-560's broke, something in the sub/amp went ka-put. So I called up logitech and they told me to cut off the power cord to the sub and mail the cord and the breakout volume box back too them. (i figured because the speakers worked fine and the sub would cost $$$$$ for me to ship) and they send me a complete new system! So now i have a sub that might be able to repair, and 4 new satilliets. I was thinking about wiring the extra satilliets into a parrell circut to the new sub so i can have 2 center front and 2 center rear speakers too. But that might cause problems. So i dont think so. But really pumped to have 4 extra speakers.

Well....I don't understand a word of all that technical stuff you mentioned - but I'm happy for you

(The AC adaptor for my laptop has broken three or four times now [I got electrocuted - not fun!] and they keep sending me the whole shabang from the wall plug to the computer plug in, when its only one small peice that breaks. So, now I've got four or five various extra peices for it )

    hehe...come on...I just got up...I don't function for a while after waking!!

don't wire in parallel. doing so will drop the impedence in 1/2 and will blow the amp. Wiring in series will gain you nothing either. Just enjoy it as is.

if you put them in series, you double the impedence (this is ignoring any induced EMF...which is another problem I won't get into). You gain 3db by doubling the radiating area, but loose 3db due to 1/2 amp output power

in parallel, you get the 3db radiative area gain, 3 more for the the amp theoretically being able to put out 2x the power, but that is most likely an impedience that will make smoke
