Sounds like you're doing a pretty good job, unwritten (wow it must be hilarious working there!!).
I'm just going to reflect on a visit I had to Pets Unlimited (another big chain store)...

I went in and was looking at a couple platies... They weren't labeled, but I *KNEW* they where red wag platies. Now, since they weren't labeled, I wanted to know the price, I asked the dude who was working there, "how much are these fish?". He sorta just said "ummm, they're beside mollies, which are 4.97, so they must be mollies, and they must be 4.97" Then I pointed out the price of the other platies... $3.97 (if he was just guessing a price, why not guess the lowest price?) Then I hear him on the phone...
"whats in tank #47... no, it's not labeled..." and of course another un-trained co-worker came along, and guessed they where mollies too. I had told them before, they where platies!
But nope, they wouldn't listen to me... they decided they must be mollies, and of course, I couldn't change their mind. Oh well.
Its sad how badly trained those people are... Keep up the good work, Unwritten!
