Rattlers, garter snakes and copperheads are all live bearing snakes. Lesson learned when I was a kid messing with garter snakes...my mother was misinformed about snakes lol.

hmmm...
i wouldnt blame it on the rat
coulda just as easily been a field mouse that got into the house and the snake coulda gotten in through the same hole

thats what guns are for though

I have to agree with jedi, A copperhead IMO is a beautiful snake, atleast it was seen and removed before someone accidently stepped on it or stuck their hand where it didnt belong.
