You've truely outdone yourself lol. Incredible hummingbirds. I can only wish to get some like that, hopefully someday. 1, 3, and 5 are my favorites.

I need to get me one of those triggers.

Thanks All! Now I just need to work on my fish shots lol!

Funny you should mention that photo Avalon. That daisy was from a small bouquet of flowers my aunt got my mom when she was in the hospital week before last, Mom was allergic to them so we ended up with them. I really got to playing around with different settings on the camera and I got some very strange color results with that flower. Probably not really all that strange, but strange to me since I just don't fully understand everything yet hehe. Some turned out a nice purple like in that photo, others were pink, a few were almost red. Amazing the difference a few settings make. Lol, I guess this is how it was done before the days of Photoshop. (But it is a purple flower in real life)

Thank's C-man. I really should have took the time to do a little more post-processing on those before I put them up. I was so excited that they turned out so well I just wanted them up! lol I took them in RAW, so the colors can really come out a lot more.

I would of had hummingbird shots from Costa Rica, but was retarded and formatted the memory card on accident so it wiped it clean. I was kicking myself. Hummingbirds that would land on your camera lens and the bill of your hat...

I'm gonna buy one of those triggers, did you just splice the trigger wire and extra headphone wire together, or is there another way?

I want that 100mm Lens...

Man that would be wild to have hummingbirds come that close! To bad around this part of the country we only have one species, except maybe the rare one during migration.

No, no cutting of any wires was needed to extend the trigger thankfully. The trigger uses a 2.5mm plug, like a mini headphone jack. So I used an adapter that went from 2.5mm to the more normal 3.5mm for headphones. Then just a 3.5mm headphone extender, RadioShack has several different lengths, then I had to use a 3.5mm adapter to 2.5mm to go back into the camera. Just make sure all the cable and adapters you get are stereo and not mono sound. The trigger and camera need the extra wires.

You and me both. I had to return it yesterday, my week was up. *sniff* But at least I found a decent used lens at a great price as a small consolation prize lmao.
