Default Help with Tetras

My Tetras are showing slight initial stages of Ich from their Gold Molly tankmates.
"What is the maximum temperature I can crank it up to in order to kill the parasite but not my fish?"
Also, can I put the full recommended amount of aquarium salt in the tank though I have Tetras in there? I've been told that Mollys love salt but Tetras do not. Right now, I have half the recommended dosage for my 15 gallon. Please respond with any advice. Thanks!

82 degree. As for amount of salt for treatment, I don't know about tetras so I think I'll let someone to answer it. Maybe you should post your question on "Freshwater Beginner" or "Freshwater General" to get more help.

you could get it up to 85 after that it gets too hot.no tetras don't like salt but it couldn't hurt if you use it with frequent water changes untill the ick is gone.
