| I strongly believe that a platy is what nibbled the tail and all the fins of my hoplo catfish down to nubs. They were the only new additions to the tank, and I noticed missing fins when I came back from college... every one had gotten along fine before them. I seperated the catfish, and the fins regrew. Hopefully your platies will leave the cories alone from now on.

| I once had an extremely aggressive Red Wag Platy(m). He was aggressive though towards fish with yellow coloration. It didn't matter what species. Anything with yellow was a target. It was amazing. He beat the tar out of my 24K gold molly and some others. LFS took him in and let me pick a replacement. I didn't even buy him from them. Very nice! |
