| ONLY 1 THREAD I want to see how many people browse this thread
But does anyone have one of the fake anemonie's,
does it work, do clownfish PLAY in it.
I just seen one the other day and i really just wondered if anyone would buy one (I think they are new)

| Sounds like a great idea if it works. I've read that if an anemone dies in your tank, you are left with a tank full of toxins. |

| A real one could leave toxins in your tank but i was talking about the fake ones that are for sale at like petco and petsmart.

| I don't have a salt water tank so I wouldn't buy one personally.. But if I did I would try it out if it wasn't too much money( in the event it looked horrible in my tank or my fish avoided it like the plague)

| Does it look real? Or is it one of those plastic ones I've seen that almost always have tips broken off of them?

| can you post a pic of it for us or a link to a pic of it. I don;t have salt water tanks anymore, but it would all depend on how real it looked. |

| Found this....
We've even bought them a fake anemone to try and entice them out but they have ignored it completely
Here..... http://www.wetwebmedia.com/clnfshanmfaq2.htm
Not all Clownfish will just take to an anemone they need many to chose from before they will stake their claim to the prime real estate.
