Not all killifish are African. I've had a few killifish over the years and all mine were extremely peaceful and hung out at the top of the tank just under the surface of the water. They wouldn't go any deeper than just above half the tank depth. I'm not sure how they would do with cichlids but considering mine were intimidated by neons I'd guess not well.

I wouldn't do it. One of your fish might be aggresive and nip its fins or something

There's a Tanganyikan killie, lamprichthys tanganicanus, which has a rep for being quite fragile, especially in transport. Just because it's African doesn't mean it's aggressive. I wouldn't add this killie to your tank especially with your dolly mixture approach to stocking! LOL!

I would say no. Your tank is going to be quite busy, and quite high aggro. Even the big, fish eating killies don't move much and you have some very active fish in there.
Killies can be aggressive, and there are some large ones to 20 centimetres about. I still don't think these would work, and they're not easy to get hold of either. Plus just because they're African doesn't mean they do well in hard water.

Def not. They will be chow almost instantly depending on what kind they are(L. taganicus would be nice though). They also prefer the water softer than that your cichlids need.
