Hey there!

So i was doing a regular water change, and while i was cleaning the gravel, or moving the decorations around these floated right up to the top of the tank. I only have one pleco in the tank. Was googleing the crap out of this and looks to be pleco eggs is this possible? I know it hangs out in a fake log type thing the most so im assuming this is where they came from. And if so should they be floating? They are quite yellow, I just have them sitting in a cap right now submersed so they stay wet. I dont want the other fish to eat them. What should i be doing replacing them in the log and hopeing for the best? are they dead because they are floating? Keep them like this untill they possibly hatch?

I'm not entirely sure about eggs, however, I do know that if they're floating, they are dead. Also, if there are any more eggs, the best thing to do is keep them in the aquarium in a fry net or just free-swimming.

Sorry I couldn't be more help!
