what kind of articles?let's get ideas flowing.i keep thinking the same thing, but i can't think of a suject that would benefit everyone.perhaps articles about the diffrent familys of fish so that rookies could find out what the requierments are before they salt their fish,or something like that.

i say a huge volume of specifics. It allowes more people to get involved, rather than 20 people writing 20 articles on cycling

so get everyone to contrubute on what they know best?or perhaps in-depth articles about one specific thing for example
"everything you could ever want to know about java ferns"? i have a good one to start with how about an article on understanding scientific names that way we can end some of the confusion of "some kind of algea eating fish"and other vauge descriptions.

Little late here, but I think that setting up a section like the fish profiles would be nice for plants. Telling water;light;temp requirements, max size, tank sujestions, how they reproduce and the such.

I think that this site can be so much more than just a wonderful forum.

This might be a little late to suggest, but could we set up a section on fish diseases, causes, treatments, remedies etc...?? People could add their own experiences and how they treated or cured it. I'm really new to this so this kind of info would be priceless to me.

there is a disease database in the article section, but it isnt like a forum or anything...might help just to skim through it sometime too, though i really have little idea how complete it is...
