Im ok with php but i would sugest a Staff of about 5 members that can update news. Maby use a php news script and give people access to update news/profiles

I was a webmaster for 5 years of a very popular gaming clan and i allways had help. Of course im not asking for access to post news or anything as im new but i think you should invest in some nice helpers to get the site up to date and work on some profiles
