"sticky" posts

Hey Johnny, I know that we have articles here, but how about a "sticky" that always stays at the top of the forum page, like in "beginners" the sticky could be about cycling, another for ich and it's remedies...seems like the board is where people come to, rather than reading.

Just a thought....you could even point to the articles section after giving a very quick overview on some of the FAQs that we're getting lately (like ICH)

I know that if I see a STICKY, I read that before posting, just to be sure I'm minding my manners, and not asking something that has already been addressed.
