Top Tanks

We need more people rating the top tanks. When I look at how many people have voted already, the numbers are under 10. The tanks look really good. Lets vote people.

yeah. well. before the site went down, it was pretty popular. bunch of nice looking tanks. but unfortunately, i lost most of the tanks. i believe i still have the emails. so i'll put them back up.
