What catfish am I?

I was at one of the LFS and saw this little catfish and I managed to take a pic. It's not very good, but the LFS said it was sent to them accidentally and theyre not sure what he is... any ideas?

I'm interested to know bc I think he'd make a good addition to my turtle tank as a bottom feeder bc hes very well armored.

he's about 1.5 inches. they said they had some like him before, and they can get pretty big, like 7-8 inches, but they take a long time to grow, and live quite a long time.

so i guess this might be going in your 45gal ?

well he'd go in the 20 turtle tank for a bit until the turtles get transferred or he outgrows the 20 before the turtles. then yeah, he'd transfer to a bigger tank
