Default Is my 20gal full

Well i was thinking of adding a couple of more female guppies and maybe another betta to my 20gal and i need your input.

Stocking is
4 bettas
5 guppies(4f 1m)
1 clown pl*co
a bumble bee cat
and a Peacock Eel

Can i add a GBR to this also????
Can i add anything else to my tank???

I wouldn't add anymore fish to that tank. Let alone keep that eel in there.

30g-1 angel, 1 ABN, 1 golden opaline gourami
30g-ammonia spike, currently empty
30g-2 bettas, 4 rummy-nose tetra
20g-1 sm angel, 1 golden wonder killie, 1 female krib, 1 RL pleco(temp. until ammonia spike goes to 0)

my sisters peacock is iffy too. he will eat brine though...he is a big baby...the betta abused him.
