Default Sick Silver Dollar! HELP! Updates!

My silver dollar of 1.5 years is sick. After i put a fish in from a foreign aquarium a few of my fish developed white spot. I am in the beginning of treating the infection. My silver dollar was the most susceptive to the infection and had hundreds of white spots on him. He has less now but has changed color to a much darker grey and his fins are no longer clear. Also he has a irregular cloudy development on his eye and is far less energetic than usual, sitting suspended and slightly sideways for extended periods of time. What should I do?

UPDATE:

So I purchased quICK cure (formalin, malachite green) and Triple Sulfa. I am currently running the triple sulfa and a smaller does of quICK cure. The guy at the store recommended the triple sulfa over an antibiotic. I did a 50 percent water change and removed the filter. What else can I do to remedy this problem?

known ailments,

-fin rot
-ICH
-Hemorrhagic septicemia ? (many sites list symptoms of Hemorrhagic septicemia under fin rot)
-Saproneglia

I wonder if the tipsiness is another disease entirely, brought on by immune system weakening due to the white spot disease.

I'm not sure that was the smartest option...unless he was that bad off.

He was too far gone. No control of bodily movements. Just decided to put him out of his misery.
