| Eggs all over tank I cleaned my tank and noticed a bunch of little white balls. At first I thought they were globs of silicone but noticed them all over the tank and my blue ram was eatign them.
Anyway, they are round and milky white about 1/16 to 1/8 inch in diameter.
I have a pair of rams, 5 black neons, 5 neon tetras, 2 cories and 2 otos. Who laid the eggs.

| Rams eggs would usually be stuck to something. I believe tetras drop their eggs to the substrate but i am not sure of the characteristics of them. Otos i have no idea and i believe cory eggs also stick to surfaces. If i had to guess i'd say the tetras.

| I'd say they're cory eggs. Check this thread, do they look like that? Cory Spawning Habits

| Cman is right. Oto spawning is rare, and they are leaf spawner's. The only fish you have that would deposit eggs all over the tank is the tetras. |

| Urrr, what do you mean, blue ram, by "all over?" Cuz cories lay eggs everywhere, on rocks, gravel, castles, glass, and plants...

I killed two globs before I realized what they were, but saved 2 globs that were on the sword leaf, I clipped of the leaf and put it in a fish holder with a few drops of meth blue to darken the water and help keep it sterile. Supposedly it stops the eggs from fungus(ing).
I saved may 10 of them. If it is the cories, they have been tankmates for about 6 months.
If it is the cories, I have a pair of breeding rams and breeding cories in the same tank, that is cool. Hopefully when the plants fully grow out I will have a few fry survive. |

| Ditto Cman so did I. If they are stuck in groups to random objects in the tank then my vote would be for the cories. |
