|  there is no paypal fee if you refund the transaction. at the bottom of the payment you recieved you will see a button to refund the transaction. It will just credit the guy back and cancel out the transaction. You dont get charged any fee

| The thing is the payment had been cleared for about 3 days so the refund button was no longer available. Otherwise that would have been an option.
